Delivery time: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the United States and up to 28 days for international correspondence from the 1st of the month.
Returned correspondence: If a folio is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, Monastery Mail will contact you by email to arrange reshipment.
Missing folio: If your folio does not arrive, please email within 14 days of the expected delivery window to receive a replacement correspondence.
Damaged folio: If your folio arrives damaged, please email within 14 days with your full name, shipping address, and photographs of the damaged items to receive replacements.
